Your search for that ‘something extra’ stops right here with our duck leg red curry. A touch of spice, a tonne of flavour, this dish is rich in all aspects!

Slow-braised duck leg melts off the bone into a sturdy sauce based on dried chilli, lemongrass and galangal.

True to all of our curries, this one is finished in our healthy homemade organic bone broth and 100% pure coconut cream.

Please note this dish only comes with the protein and curry sauce. Does not come with rice or herbs as imaged.

Defrost Duck Leg in the fridge overnight. Half fill a medium to large pot with water and bring to the boil. Once boiled, bring down to a simmer, place vacuum-sealed bag into the simmering water for 10 to 15 minutes. Once heated, remove the vacuum-sealed bag from the water. Remove duck legs and sauce from vacuum-sealed bag and serve. Be careful when opening, contents inside will be hot!

HOT TIP! Follow these instructions for extra indulgence. Preheat oven to 220° C. Once you have heated the bag on the stove, remove the duck legs and sauce from vacuum-sealed bag and place onto a small baking tray or oven proof pan not too much bigger than the size of the duck legs as we do not want the sauce to reduce too much, make sure the duck legs are facing skin side up. Place the tray or pan into the oven for around 10 minutes or until the sauce has caramelised. Then serve and enjoy!
