Shipping & Delivery
We use FreshBox Delivery for all our deliveries. When you place your order, we kindly ask that you provide clear delivery instructions to ensure your order gets to you without a fuss.
Orders for North Brisbane will be delivered every Wednesday. Orders for North Brisbane must be placed by/ before Monday midnight. Any orders placed after that will be delivered the following Wednesday.
Orders for the Sunshine Coast will be delivered every Thursday. Orders for the Sunshine Coast must be placed by/ before Tuesday midnight. Any orders placed after that will be delivered the following Thursday.
Each order comes packed in a styrofoam box. We recommend someone being home at the time of delivery to put the meals directly into the fridge or freezer. If you are not going to be home, please leave a towel or blanket for us to put over the styrofoam box. The meals will last frozen in the styrofoam box for a few hours, however the sooner you put them into the fridge or freezer the better. Do not leave the meals and styrofoam box outside/ in the sun for a long period of time.
You will receive a text message when your delivery is approximately 30 minutes away. If you are not home you will receive another text message advising your order has been delivered.
Please note, once your meals have been delivered, Luvarlee does not take any responsibility if meals thaw. If contents are not thawed, store frozen at or below -18° C until best before date. Do not refreeze after thawing. Always thaw Luvarlee meals in the fridge at or below 4° C. Meal can last up to 4 days in the fridge when thawed properly and kept at or below 4° C. Must be heated before eaten.
