Satay chicken for those who can handle a little more fire…. Your tastebuds will shortly explode as they encounter the kaffir lime and lemongrass in this sexy satay!
Marinated in our coconut-based peanut satay sauce, the tender free-range chicken will melt in your mouth.
*Please note this dish only comes with the protein and curry sauce. Does not come with rice, lime or peanuts as imaged.
Defrost before cooking. Half fill a medium to large pot with water and bring it to the boil. Once boiled, bring down to a simmer, place vacuum-sealed bag in simmering water for 10 to 15 minutes. Once heated, remove the vacuum-sealed bag from water. Carefully cut open the bag below the sealed line and serve. Be careful when opening, contents inside will be hot!
Cauliflower rice, Jasmine rice (or your favourite rice), cooked and cooled rice (this will change the rice to a resistant starch), steamed or sautéed vegetables. Don't forget to garnish with fresh herbs, peanuts, crispy onions, crispy garlic, fresh chilli, some coconut cream or yoghurt and top with a squeeze of lime.. YUM!!
